Husband and Wife team Jon and Zena have been working in property for over 10 years.

They both share a  passion for what property can deliver, both in terms of financial and business success and the nuts and bolts of building exciting projects.

Jon has a solid background in business and a love for property. Construction and development are his passions as he enjoys completing projects to high standards.

PLANNING

We have over 10 years experience securing planning consents for new build and conversion projects. Our aim is to always make the best use of every site, for all parties involved.

We secure permision to build for ourselves and to sell to market.

CONSTRUCTION

Our Families have been building in the southwest for over 100 years. We continue to love seeing the creation of new spaces.

INVESTMENT

Professionally trained property investors. We are always looking for opportunities within the southwest.
